Sue Coyne, owner of Studio East, has been in the Salon Industry since 1976. And during that time she has mastered techniques from some of the finest and most well known names in the industry. Sue, a New York native, began her career in the city, mastering modern styling and color techniques. She later moved to San Francisco and then brought her skills to Virginia. After many years of developing her skills and mastering her own style, Sue opened her own salon. Studio East, opened in April of 2006, is a full service salon spa, that employs a team of skilled and talented stylists. With everything from beautiful hair color to customized facials, massage, waxing and natural nail services , Studio East quickly became a locals favorite; winning three "Best of Norfolk" awards for 2008 & 2009.
